The LAHC Centre for Design is a collaboration between and the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) and Government Architect NSW (GANSW). Established in 2018, the Centre operates using co-design methodologies and design thinking to promote a culture of design at LAHC and improve design processes and outcomes.
Both Good Design for Social Housing and the LAHC Dwelling Requirements were produced through this collaboration, to ensure LAHC’s work benefits from and is aligned with the NSW Government’s contemporary visions for built environment design and social housing outcomes.
